With a background in talent acquisition across multiple sectors, stages, and organisation sizes, Simon founded StrategiPath on a single observation: the businesses where hiring matters most have always had the least access to the thinking that makes it work.

How I Work
Every engagement starts with understanding your business before we talk about any role. The brief matters more than most people think, the wrong brief produces the right candidate for the wrong job. I challenge assumptions, including yours, because that is where most bad hires begin.
I am not here to fill roles. I am here to make sure the decisions behind them are sound. That means being honest when something does not feel right, even if it slows things down.
What You Will Not Get
No placement fees. No day rates that only make sense at enterprise scale. No generic advice borrowed from a framework that has never met your business.
