Built on experience, not theory

StrategiPath is shaped by years of working in and around talent acquisition at different levels, in different settings, and with different pressures. That experience matters, because the best TA work is rarely abstract; it is practical, nuanced and often quite messy.

I started this business to help companies strengthen their hiring capability from the inside, or find the right person to lead it. Both need judgement, clarity and an understanding of how TA really works day to day.

How I Work

My approach is practical and considered. I want to understand the system, the people and the pressure around the brief before I decide what needs to happen next. Sometimes that means strengthening the function. Sometimes it means finding the person who can lead it. Often, it means doing both in the right order.

I’m at my best when there is trust, honesty and a shared focus on doing the work properly. I am not interested in process for its own sake. I am interested in outcomes that sustain.
